- 6:50am: Pick up at Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs South by Marriott Bonvoy & Residence Inn Colorado Springs South
- 6:55am: Pick up at Home2Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs South
- 7:00am: Pick up at Courtyard Colorado Springs South by Marriott Bonvoy
- 7:05am: Pick up at Cheyenne Mountain Resort
- 7:15am: Drop off at Bartolin Hall at the Broadmoor Resort
- 7:00pm: Pick up outside of Broadmoor Hall and drop off in the following order:
- Cheyenne Mountain Resort
- Courtyard Colorado Springs South by Marriott Bonvoy
- Home2Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs South
- Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs South by Marriott Bonvoy & Residence Inn Colorado Springs South
Friday, September 13 – there will be space for your luggage
